Welcome

My name is Bridget, and I’m so glad you’re here. I’m a Catholic mom of three and a speech-language pathologist-turned-stay-at-home-mom just starting out on a homeschooling journey. I’m crafting this little corner of the internet as a place for sharing stories, both those from my life and those from the sometimes bizarre recesses of my mind.

I’ll be sharing stories old and new, many of which I’ve submitted to various prompt-based competitions over the years. I have a soft spot for stories that delve into speech and language, and I make a concerted effort, however dark or troubling the themes may get, to give at least a glimpse of the light beyond our world.

When?

Good question! I’m still working out how frequently I’ll publish new stories and articles, and I’m sure that my output will ebb and flow with the seasons of motherhood. You’re welcome to come along for the ride!
