Murmurs in the walls sounds exciting! Will they be followed by WEDDING BELLS in the distance? :D

I can neither confirm nor deny the distant pealing of wedding bells. 🔔 😂

I love this! This season of the serial was amazing, Bridget, especially the climax and the truth behind Samantha’s death. I appreciate how you made it a tribute in a way to a real victim. I’m so excited for the next season, especially since it’s going to be even more about ghosts, and it has Orwell, and I sense the relationship between Judith and Tim is going to continue to become even more epic 😂

Thank you so much, Therese! I’m also excited for all those same things! 😂

Yes the murmurs in the walls are your readers saying “just kiss already!”

Those actors are actually pretty close to what I was mentally picturing! And I love that season three is changing things up a bit.

SQUEEEEE!! Can't wait for the next one!!!

For the record, I think WEDDING BELLS needs to be farther off. It sounds too much like an ending.

I always thought the best part of picking faceclaims for characters (that takes me back!) was getting to mix and match ages, since you're not tied down by reality or even how the person actually looks outside that one role where they're just perfect. Though I love how Shawn Ashmore has this adorable smile IRL, which I will now be headcanoning onto Tim...

I'm so excited for both season 3 and this mysterious announcement about Down in the Holler!!

Oh, those actor choices are perfect!! And the next installment sounds so good. Can’t wait for it drop. Thank you for sharing Judith, Tim, and Orwell with us - what a gift!

Thank you so much, Garen! It makes me so happy that people seem to enjoy the actors my sister and husband helped me find! I was pretty hopeless at it in my own. 😂

I love hearing the thought process behind your creations!! Your stories are some of my favorites and I keep telling everyone to read 🤣 I’m so excited for the next installment because that sounds right up my alley! Catholics love a good story about the spirit world

I went to Holy Cross for undergrad and it’s a Catholic college. There was a mysterious old closet in an admin building that everyone called “the Exorcism room” that had a whole legend attached to it. Sometimes people would sneak in there after drinking but I never did. Not risking it, thanks!

I love old spooky legends like that! But I’m also a scaredy cat and would NEVER have been brave enough to go inside. Just in case!

The funny thing is that those two pictures line up perfectly with my imagination of Judith and Tim.

Bridget, excellent recap and behind the scenes information. I really like the two actors you picked to play Judith and Tim. That's a fun exercise to fill in a visual for the two main protagonists. Congrats once again on Beasts of the Field and excited for you launching Murmurs in the Walls in the spring. I'll be reading. - Jim
