Holy cow! Question is: did Granger put the knife in or just take it out?? Wondering as there’s more to come…

So much tension in this chapter! On tenterhooks to find out what happens next..

By the way, wondering if you've ever seen the Italian murder mystery series "Inspector Ricciardi" (Il Commissario Ricciardi)? It's set in 1930s Naples and the titular Inspector has the gift/curse of seeing the ghosts of the victims in the murders he's called to investigate. Naturally he keeps his special ability to himself. I've been reminded of it in Judith's visions of Autumn.

I haven’t, but I’ll have to take a look! That sounds right up my alley!

Omigosh! Judith is crazy brave! I think I held my breath all through this one. I’m shuffling the puzzle pieces around, too. Can’t wait for more.

This is good stuff... and I don't even read murder mysteries!

I read this earlier this morning, but now I’m sitting here trying to figure out who fits into the Scooby-Doo category A of “who showed up early on” and Category B of “who’s the most obvious” and Category C of “who’s the least obvious,” because I sense more shocking plot twists might be on the way. I’m looking forward to the next chapter!

You can't go wrong with (old school) Scooby Doo!

Agreed! I ignore all the ones after the show ended in ‘78, except for the film with Cleopatra that I think came out in 2005. But the old ones are still the best!

Another great episode Bridget. Suspenseful and taut. The ending was perfect, and I can't wait for the next installment. Really enjoyed this. - Jim
